Holiday Rewind

Thanksgiving and Christmas came and went so fast, I hardly had time to breathe. We had the joy of having Mom and Dad, and my sister, Barbie, for Christmas. Barbie had not spent a Christmas with Mom and Dad for 30 years!!! It was time for her to be with them again. After some fancy talking on my part, she was flying into Oakland before she knew it. I was so excited to have my family with us!!

We had so much fun and made wonderful memories but the time flew by, as usual, when they are here. I just want time to stop when my family comes for a visit but instead it's here and they're gone before I know it or am ready for it. Both Barbie and Mom were suffering with severe back problems when they were here. I don't think Barbie hardly slept at all. I felt so bad for both of them because it's not any fun to not feel good at Christmas.

We played games and ate yummy food and heard Taylor call Barbie Baarbaarrrrraaa the whole time she was here. Colby and Taylor LOVE to tease Aunt Barbie! Mostly, because I think they know she will feed it right back to them. Hurley, of course, loves it when company comes to visit because they feed him additional food and he gets fat.
